Peer Navigation Program: Personalized Guidance

This resource provides phone and email support for individuals who have a risk for hereditary cancer (breast, ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, colorectal, endometrial). You are matched with a Peer Navigator volunteer who shares similar experiences and connects high risk individuals, cancer survivors and caregivers with support and personalized resources. A guide is also available, which includes information about cancer treatment, cancer risk management, genetic testing, and quality of life to help navigate your decision-making process.
