This booklet is for people caring for someone diagnosed with myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), such as myelofibrosis, essential thrombocythemia, and polycythemia vera. It includes worksheets to help track your loved one's symptoms and navigate their care. It discusses signs and symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options, clinical trials, the care team, and helping your loved ones cope. It also provides information about taking care of yourself and documents and laws to be aware of as a caregiver.
